At Monroe, we offer many different modalities, including online, on site, virtual or hybrid in the online environment and means that all of your classes are online. You are pretty much going into the LMS, you're looking at your courses, read in all of the lecture notes, you can select the time that you want to log in, you select when you're doing a particular assignment. However, it must be completed by the end of that week. When you're on site, of course, your professor is right there with you, and you will be able to ask any questions you choose. In the virtual environment, they're also there, except you're at home and your professor is there and your classes will be offered at exactly the same time and the same day each week. When you're in a hybrid model, it means that you're going to be taking classes online, the majority of your coursework will be in the LMS, and then you will either meet bi-weekly or sometimes once a month in a face to face environment. Now when I say a face to face environment, it means that you can either meet on site or virtually face to face.
